Cyncly’s Flooring Division is expanding its dynamic Sales Account Management team to meet growing demand and to drive software adoption and revenue across assigned accounts.

You’ll travel periodically, deepen client relationships, and pursue upsell opportunities by introducing Flooring software products and modules that improve profitability. Strong communication and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, marketing, or related field.
• Proven success in B2B sales or account management.
• Ability to travel several times per year for client visits, training, or events.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Cyncly and Flooring clients, ensuring open communication and strong partnerships.
• Proactively engage with each assigned client at least quarterly, including two in-person or virtual meetings per year.
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities by introducing new Flooring software products, modules, and services.
• Prospect and follow up on new leads within assigned accounts and territories to support growth.
• Record all client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce and other systems with accurate documentation.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by expanding relationships and driving revenue within the territory.
