Job summary

Esker, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Manager in the United States to lead drafting, negotiation, and execution of key customer agreements.

You will work closely with Legal, Sales, Finance, and executive leadership to ensure contracts reflect policy, mitigate risk, and support growth. This role emphasizes accuracy, complex problem solving, and maintaining high integrity while operating in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8-10 years experience in software/SaaS commercial contracting.
• Background in business law, contract negotiations, new technologies, and international environment.
• Experience in procurement practices.
• Strong understanding of contract law, terms, and conditions, with ability to interpret complex legal concepts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, cross-functional collaboration.
• High attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset to identify process improvements and drive operational excellence.
• High integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to grow.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, negotiate, and finalize contracts such as MSA, SaaS Agreements, and Statements of Work.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Professional Services, Customer Experience, Finance, and Executive teams to ensure policy compliance and risk mitigation.
• Serve as primary contact for contract inquiries with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement contract management processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Conduct periodic contract reviews and audits to ensure compliance with obligations and regulations.
• Handle other special projects as assigned.
