Esker, a global leader in AI-powered business solutions for the Office of the CFO, seeks a Contracts Manager in Middleton, WI. You will draft, negotiate, and execute key customer agreements and partner with Legal, Sales, and Finance to ensure compliant contracting and risk mitigation.

Ideal candidates bring 8–10 years of SaaS contracting, strong legal acumen, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. The role offers opportunities to influence best practices in a global technology organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 8–10 years of software/SaaS commercial contracting experience.
• Background in business law and contract negotiations.
• Experience working in an international environment and with procurement practices.
• Strong ability to interpret complex legal concepts and communicate them clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, negotiate, and finalize contracts including Master Services Agreements, SaaS Agreements, and Statements of Work.
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Professional Services, Customer Experience, Finance, and Executives to ensure policy compliance and risk mitigation.
• Serve as primary contact for contract inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement contract management processes to improve efficiency.
• Conduct periodic contract reviews and audits for compliance and optimization.
• Handle additional special projects as assigned.
