Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, physics, or a related field.
• 8+ years in solar or storage performance engineering, asset performance management, or renewable O&M engineering.
• Hands-on PV performance modeling with PlantPredict (PVsyst/SAM acceptable).
• Experience with fleet monitoring platforms (AlsoEnergy, Power Factors, 3E) and data extraction.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for engineering analysis.
• Familiarity with AI tooling and validated analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Model and monitor energy performance across assets using PlantPredict and fleet platforms.
• Define and defend performance metrics for billing, invoicing, and reporting.
• Evaluate settlement accuracy with asset mgmt and O&M teams.
• Investigate underperformance and drive corrective actions with field teams.
• Specify data requirements and validation rules for BI teams.
• Advise on Power BI dashboards and performance reporting definitions.
• Validate commissioning data and monitor baselines for new portfolios.
