The role includes analytics, reporting, and collaboration with internal teams to improve processes and performance. Minimum 3+ years in fleet or vendor management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fleet management, vendor management, or operational experience.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage fleet vendors and daily operations to ensure timely service.
• Support vehicle lifecycle management, maintenance, utilization, and driver experience.
• Maintain fleet reporting, scorecards, policies, and communications.
• Coordinate sample escalations and ad hoc sample orders.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Support audit requests, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Serve as a primary operational contact for field personnel on fleet-related matters.
• Provide timely support for fleet inquiries, issue resolution, and requests.
• Recommend process improvements based on trends and stakeholder feedback.
