Job summary

TAK Broadband, LLC is seeking a Fleet Analyst to analyze fleet data, maintain records, and support DOT compliance across a nationwide network. The role requires advanced Excel skills and experience with fleet management tools.

You will travel up to 10% annually and work from your home office with opportunities for cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include creating dashboards, reconciling expenses, and presenting insights to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance, supply chain, transportation, data analytics.
3+ years of fleet, transportation, or related industry experience.
Experience with multi-state fleets and DOT-regulated vehicles.
Proficient in Excel with pivot tables and advanced formulas.
Experience with Power BI/Tableau for data analysis.

Responsibilities

Analyze fleet data related to maintenance, fuel, utilization, telematics, rentals, and costs.
Create and maintain Excel reports, dashboards, and financial models to track KPIs.
Maintain records for vehicles, trailers, equipment including inspections and disposal.
Review invoices, reconcile expenses, and resolve billing discrepancies.
Support DOT/FMCSA compliance and driver qualification files.
Monitor preventive maintenance, downtime, and repair history.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and monthly expense reconciliation.
Track purchases, leases, rentals, deliveries, and disposals.
