You will handle maintenance scheduling, telematics tracking, driver communications, and records management, contributing to cost efficiency and smooth operations in a distributed team.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in fleet coordination, logistics support, or related administrative roles.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using fleet management software and standard office productivity tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a remote work environment.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and South African regulations is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate regular vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs, scheduling appointments and tracking service history.
• Monitor fleet telematics data to track vehicle movements, driver behavior, and adherence to routes and schedules.

• Act as a primary point of contact for drivers, addressing queries related to logistics and vehicle issues.
