Custom Flavors is seeking a field-based Account Manager to grow our customer relationships across the Mountain States (UT, CO, ID, MT, NV, WY). You will be the primary commercial contact, partnering with R&D and QA teams to bring flavor solutions to market.

This role requires living in the territory, strong sales acumen, travel up to 40%, and a proven track record in B2B food ingredients sales. Competitive on-target earnings and remote field work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in flavors/ingredients or related industry.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers within the territory.
• Develop new business with existing customers and identify new project opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements to meet targets.
• Develop sales forecasts and track key metrics.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Travel to customer sites and represent the company at events.
