Job summary

Blockworks, a leading crypto information platform, seeks a Sales Leader to own revenue with our sellers, BDRs and customer success. You’ll start from the 2027 plan, hit the number, and shape the pricing strategy as you scale the enterprise footprint with exchanges, banks, brokerages and asset managers.

Your first six months will focus on deals, weekly pipeline reviews, and forecasting while helping hire a new wave of AEs. Base 180k-200k; OTE 350k-400k; NY-based preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crypto sales teams.
• Proven ability to manage 10+ sellers.
• Experience forecasting and creating comp plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue number along with the sellers, BDRs and customer success.
• Hit the number and shape the pricing plan as the business scales.
• Lead weekly pipeline reviews and forecast.
