WYBOT is seeking a high-performing Field Sales Specialist to own revenue growth across a designated territory in a remote-first US role. You will manage distributor and dealer relationships while driving sell-through with pool service companies, builders, and dealers.

This quota-carrying, high-visibility position makes you the local face of WYBOT, blending disciplined account planning, strong relationships, and hands-on sales enablement to scale presence with distributors and direct customers.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in pool industry or related field.
• Proven track record of hitting revenue targets.
• Ability to influence distributor and dealer purchasing decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Own sell-through targets and revenue growth across distributor/dealer accounts.
• Develop and execute annual/quarterly account plans to expand geographic reach.
• Build branch-level relationships with distributors and dealers to influence adoption.
• Prospect new partnerships with distributors, dealers, and direct partners.
• Lead onboarding for new partners with product education and support.
• Drive in-market execution of sales initiatives and support displays and launches.
