Waterfront Brands is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across docks, boat lifts, and waterfront accessories. This fully remote role has autonomy to own the territory, build strategic partnerships, and expand the dealer network to achieve sustainable, measurable revenue gains.

The candidate will represent premium waterfront products, train dealers, and collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to capture market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have proven success in growing dealer networks and driving revenue in a B2B sales environment.
• Ability to develop and execute territory growth strategies across docks, boat lifts, and waterfront accessories.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with channel partners and customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and achieve territory objectives by expanding dealers and securing new business.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new dealers to expand channel coverage.
• Execute cross-selling strategies across Waterfront Brands portfolio with dealers and partners.
• Build multi-level relationships to increase engagement and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Represent Waterfront Brands at trade shows and customer meetings to grow brand presence.
• Provide outstanding dealer support and timely issue resolution with internal teams.
