Job summary

People Culture Talent is hiring a Technical Sourcer for fully remote work with a 6-month independent contractor position. The role involves finding engineers and technical leaders across stages from pre-seed to pre-IPO, and overlapping 4-5 hours daily with PT business hours.

You will build diverse candidate pipelines, conduct initial outreach, and work closely with recruiters to create world‑class engineering teams. Strong research and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and researching tech talent.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing tools.
• Strong research and profiling abilities.
• Basic understanding of technical roles (engineers, PMs, data scientists).
• Excellent written English for outreach messages.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects and track interactions.
