Job summary

Boulevard Recruiting partners with VC-backed startups to scale technical teams as a boutique talent partner. We are remote first and operate with a focus on joy and excellence.

Responsibilities include owning full cycle recruiting for multiple client startups across various technical roles, sourcing passive candidates, and partnering with founders and engineering leaders to calibrate role expectations. You will run structured interviews and keep clients updated with regular reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, agency or in-house.
• Ability to manage multiple searches across client cultures and tech stacks.
• Strong sourcing skills using Boolean, GitHub, niche communities.
• Ability to discuss technical work credibly with engineers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with founders and CTOs.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting for multiple client startups across roles (full stack, backend, frontend, ML/AI, DevOps, platform, data engineering).
• Source passive candidates beyond inbound applications.
• Partner with founders, CTOs, and engineering managers to define role expectations.
• Run structured interviews and provide regular updates to clients.
• Track pipeline health in Ashby and flag risks early.
• Represent Boulevard’s brand and standards in conversations with candidates.
