Candid Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager - Implementation to coordinate Engineering, Product, and Operations in a fast-growing platform. You will translate business objectives into technical milestones and ensure seamless delivery across teams.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives, translate customer needs into requirements, and manage risk while communicating program health to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from inception to launch.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Asana etc.) and documentation software (Confluence, Notion).
• Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment is a major plus.
• Strong analytical skills; you use data to drive decisions and measure project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of large-scale initiatives with defined milestones and roadmaps.
• Translate customer implementation needs into technical requirements and manage feature rollouts to stakeholders.
• Map and manage interdependencies between core infrastructure and customer-facing workflows to prevent bottlenecks.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks; balance speed of delivery with debt during decision making.
• Provide clear updates on program health, resource allocation, and KPIs to leadership.
