Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience in a regulated environment
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT program operations (SAM/TMS, EDD, Screening, SAR workflows)
• Ability to drive large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs with minimal guidance
• Proven track record of delivering automation-driven efficiency and cost savings

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for GFCO areas
• Develop charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks for complex programs
• Lead cross-functional delivery across 5+ teams with Director+ alignment
• Translate regulatory obligations into actionable program strategies and testing plans
• Manage intake and ensure regulatory readiness for launches and jurisdiction expansions
• Draft strategy docs and decision materials for Director/VP audiences
