Job summary

Prudentia Sciences seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across engineering, product, data, and GTM. You will partner with the Head of People to shape interview loops, scorecards, and the candidate experience at a mission-driven, science-first company.

You'll build scalable recruiting processes and play a strategic role in employer branding, with hybrid work from our San Francisco, CA office twice weekly.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record hiring technical talent.
• Experience recruiting at a high-growth startup and shaping hiring processes.
• Able to manage many searches across functions without sacrificing quality.
• Strong sourcing, including direct outreach to passive candidates, and ATS proficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across engineering, product, data, and GTM.
• Coordinate multiple searches simultaneously without compromising candidate experience.
• Translate hiring needs into clear role scopes, sourcing strategies, and interview plans.
• Provide market and compensation data to leadership for fast, informed decisions.
• Build scalable recruiting infrastructure, dashboards, and processes.
• Own candidate experience and employer brand across Prudentia.
