Job summary

Redpanda is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to drive strategic projects with customers as they implement our Agentic Data Plane. You will serve as the senior escalation point for customer and internal delivery teams, ensuring projects are resourced and delivered on plan.

In this role you will build out playbooks and toolkits to drive repeatability across engagements, manage stakeholder relationships, and guide risk governance with PMP/Scrum practices while maintaining technical fluency

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in engagement management, delivery leadership, or technical program management.
• PMP or Scrum certification and experience running formal risk governance.
• Technical fluency in distributed systems, streaming, or data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior escalation point for both customer and internal delivery teams.
• Ensure projects within your pod are resourced and delivered against plan.
• Build out program playbooks and toolkits to drive repeatability across engagements.
