Job summary

Redpanda Data Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Engagement Manager within our Customer Success Engineering group.

You will lead a pod responsible for high-stakes engagements with Forward Deployed Engineers, scoping, planning, and executing multi-phase engagements around the Agentic Data Plane for large enterprises. You will manage senior stakeholders, own project plans, and serve as the main escalation point to ensure delivery aligns with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in engagement management or program management for complex enterprise deployments.
• PMPscrum certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience leading engineering/services teams in agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with key stakeholders internal and within customers.
• Own and maintain project plans to ensure delivery meets outcomes.
• Serve as senior escalation point for customer and delivery teams.
• Ensure pod projects are resourced and delivered per plan, flagging risks.
• Push back on timelines, scope changes, or risk to deliverables as needed.
• Coordinate handover with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers for smooth kickoffs.
• Build playbooks and toolkits to scale engagements.
