Job summary

MANTL is seeking a client-facing project manager to lead complex software implementations for financial institutions. You will own planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment while coordinating with Product and Engineering to resolve dependencies.

Qualifications

• Three years of client-facing implementation or technical project management experience.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations in fintech or regulated financial services.
• Strong communicator capable of tailoring messages for executives, technical teams, and operators.

Responsibilities

• Own project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and delivery partners to resolve dependencies.
• Drive process improvements and implement scalable implementation methodologies.
