Job summary

Affirm is a remote-first company building a clear, predictable pay-over-time experience. We seek a Group Product Marketing Manager to own strategy and systems across our B2B organization, synthesizing merchant, consumer, and market insights to guide product and go-to-market investments.

You’ll lead a portfolio narrative, coordinate across planning and launches, and influence senior leaders. You’ll partner with Revenue Enablement to translate narrative into messaging, tools, and proof points,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or a related field.
• Strong track record delivering outcomes for a large product portfolio.
• Portfolio storytelling connecting complex products to senior leaders, merchants, and partners.
• Exceptional strategic and business judgment.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional teams.
• Strong self-serve analytical skills with SQL/dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• High AI fluency and ability to build reusable tools and workflows.
• Experience building reusable frameworks for segmentation, GTM planning, launches, and measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the portfolio narrative and messaging architecture.
• Connect product and GTM teams with aligned rhythms for planning, forecasting, launches, and opportunities.
• Equip Revenue teams with messaging, tools, training, and proof points for merchant conversations.
• Lead Voice of the Merchant through client advisory boards and feedback loops to shape product priorities.
• Own high-priority, ambiguous opportunities like strategic partnerships or new market launches.
• Model a culture of collaboration, trust, inclusion, and risk-aware decision making.
