Job summary

SE Ranking Limited is seeking a senior controllership leader to own the integrity, accuracy, and audit-readiness of our books across multi-entity and multi-currency structures. You will design and implement controls, policies, and a scalable consolidation framework in partnership with the accounting team and external advisors.

In a remote-first, globally distributed setting, you will lead an upgrade of finance systems (QuickBooks to NetSuite or equivalent) and prepare for external audits, while

Qualifications

• Big Four background with ~10+ years in audit and controls.
• ACCA or CPA qualification preferred.
• Experience preparing for or managing external audits of consolidated entities.
• Led or contributed to finance systems upgrades (e.g., NetSuite migration).
• Experience in multi-country, multi-currency books and transfer pricing.
• Knowledge of VAT and international tax is a plus.
• Strong written, async communication in a globally distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrity and audit-quality of the financials.
• Manage multi-entity consolidation and month-end close controls.
• Document internal controls and defensible revenue recognition.
• Lead QuickBooks-to-NetSuite migration design and execution.
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and external advisors.
• Ensure cross-jurisdiction compliance and GAAP/IFRS bridging.
