Ladders is seeking a Controller to lead core accounting operations across a multi-country environment, partnering closely with senior leadership including the CFO to drive accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and disciplined close processes.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on ASC 606/IFRS 15 compliance, ERP ownership (NetSuite), audits, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Proven leadership skills in managing finance teams across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process.
• Prepare and submit monthly reporting packages to the CFO and parent organization.
• Oversee revenue recognition and ensure compliance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15.
• Act as business owner of the ERP system, managing configurations and financial reports.
• Maintain internal controls and serve as primary contact for external audits.
• Manage tax compliance across various jurisdictions and support treasury functions.
• Collaborate on annual budgeting and provide financial analysis for strategic decisions.

For our client, we are seeking a Controller to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will oversee core accounting operations across a multi-country environment, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and disciplined close processes. The Controller will partner closely with senior leadership, including the CFO, to support compliance, automation, and strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who can bring structure to complex accounting activities while collaborating across regions and functions.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually
