Trust & Will, a remote-first digital estate planning platform, seeks a seasoned Controller to lead accounting operations and build scalable controls. You will drive month-end close, tax compliance, and vendor management while leveraging AI to streamline processes.

This role partners with the CFO and FP&A on cost analysis and strategic planning in a fast-growing environment. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in accounting with leadership experience, CPA, and strong communication skills to explain

Formación

• 10+ years of accounting experience with 4–5 years in a Controller or senior leadership role.
• Experience applying AI or automation to accounting workflows.
• Proficiency with Ramp and Rillet; strong Google Sheets & Excel skills.
• Familiarity with startup and IPO financial reporting requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Own accounting operations for Trust & Will and subsidiaries, including month-end close and tax compliance.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely, accurate financial data.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to scale operations.
• Lead audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Manage accounting technology stack and integration with FP&A.
• Partner with CFO on cost analysis and strategic planning; oversee vendor management.
