SelectLeaders is seeking a Land Development Manager to join a regional team covering Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. The role oversees site-work, amenities construction, and coordination with consultants and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in civil engineering, building construction, construction management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years managing and completing land development projects for communities of 500-1400 units with amenities.
• Experience navigating permitting process with municipalities, counties, and agencies.
• Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Project, Word and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage all aspects of field operations related to land development including erosion control, grading, utilities, paving and landscaping.
• Lead Charleston development projects from concept to completion, including permit approvals and final turnover.
• Ensure on-time delivery of projects through schedules, budgets, environmental studies and plans.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects and contractors to ensure success and regulatory compliance.
