Job summary

RogueSearch is seeking a Senior Regional Land Development Leader to oversee entitlements, engineering and land development for multiple division teams.

Based in Atlanta, GA with travel to Southeast markets, you will drive regional strategy, technical initiatives and budget-aligned execution of large-scale projects (150+ acres).

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in residential land development, a Bachelor's degree and/or a PE license, plus strong leadership of cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in residential land development.
• Bachelor's Degree and/or a Professional Engineer license preferred.
• Experience leading large (150+ acre) site development projects.
• Ability to value engineer plan sets and manage civil engineers through design.
• Strong leadership to train and develop land teams.
