CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Project Manager/Site Engineer to lead land development projects from pursuit through delivery in Cary, NC; Charlotte, NC; Columbia, SC; or Richmond, VA.

This senior role combines technical leadership with client relationship building, ensuring projects stay on time, within scope, and on budget while mentoring teammates. Approximately 50% of the role focuses on business development, leveraging an established network to pursue new opportunities and grow CHA’s

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in related technical field required.
• 11+ years of professional experience, including 8 years of project management experience.
• PE or RLA license required.
• Demonstrated success expanding client bases and driving revenue growth.
• Established network of clients capable of generating new business opportunities.
• Strong experience managing client relationships and multi-project workloads.
• Proven ability to prepare proposals, manage project development, and support growth goals.
• Solid understanding of project accounting including budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and ability to travel as needed.

• Represent CHA through networking, industry involvement, and client engagement.
