Real Estate company is seeking a Land Development Manager based in Charleston, SC to oversee ongoing master-planned community projects in the region and support related acquisitions. The role reports to the VP of Operations and focuses on South Carolina operations.

You will coordinate with development teams, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with strategic growth in the Charleston area. This is a full-time on-site role requiring local presence in South Carolina.
