Job summary

Kodex is hiring a senior recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, customer, and technical roles from day one. You’ll partner with hiring managers, build roles in Ashby, and run end-to-end processes with velocity while maintaining high standards.

This is a US-based remote role with high visibility in a fast-growing company shaping data exchange. The role requires 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, startup exposure, and a proven ability to ramp on new domains.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting.
• Series A / B or high-growth startup experience.
• Owner mentality with a track record of launching reqs from scratch.
• Ability to handle velocity and shifting priorities.
• Proven ramping on new domains and strong candidate reads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own your roles — full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers — intake calls and profiling.
• Build roles and hiring plans in Ashby and optimize searches.
• Source creatively and build pipelines using multiple strategies.
• Screen and evaluate candidates with deep-dive assessments.
• Manage offers and close candidates successfully.
