Job summary

Babylist seeks a hands‑on PR & Communications Manager to shape how consumers, media, partners, investors, and leaders view the company. You will own consumer and corporate PR, ghostwrite executive perspectives, and align product, partnerships, and culture stories across press, podcasts, and events.

You will lead an awards strategy, prep senior leaders for press moments, and build a scalable communications pipeline with AI as a daily tool.

Qualifications

8–10 years in PR or communications, in‑house and/or agency/editorial experience.
Excellent, independent writer capable of ghostwriting leadership voice.
Ability to craft cohesive narratives linking product, growth, partnerships, and culture.
Strong media relationships across digital, print, broadcast; can land high‑caliber placements.

Responsibilities

Build an integrated PR and communications roadmap across leadership, growth, product, partnerships, and culture.
Grow consumer press coverage beyond current agency output.
Lead awards strategy and executive visibility initiatives.
Oversee external PR and influencer agency partners; evaluate ideas for execution.
Own corporate communications collateral and leadership presentations.
Support high‑visibility moments with showrooms, press moments, and events.
Collaborate with Product, Data, Insights, Partnerships, Social Impact, and People teams to identify compelling stories.
Develop internal playbooks to enable consistent external storytelling.
Prepare and brief senior leaders for press opportunities.
