Babylist is seeking a Senior Director of Content, Social, Creator Marketing to own editorial, social, creator and influencer marketing, community programs, and podcasts. Reporting to the CMO, you will shape the creative direction, measure channel impact, and scale a multi-format content team across written, video, audio, and social formats.

Qualifications

• Experience building creator or influencer programs from near zero.
• Ability to lead editorial and commercial content side by side while protecting editorial trust.
• Proven track record managing multi-format content teams (written/video/audio) and cross-channel learning.

Responsibilities

• Own editorial and branded content, social presence, creator & influencer marketing, community program, and podcasts.
• Build showroom approach and in-house studio content strategy in NYC showroom.
• Scale affiliate creator and influencer programs with recruitment, mechanics, and content frameworks.
• Lead teams: Director, Social, Community & Creators; Senior Manager, Editorial Content; Senior Manager, Branded Content; Podcast Producer.
• Drive social-native video as a core content format; collaborate with Brand Strategy on where brand-level video lives.
