Job summary

Babylist is seeking a hands-on PR & Communications Manager to shape how consumers, media, investors, and leaders understand Babylist and its roadmap. You will own consumer and corporate PR, ghostwrite executive voices, and craft cohesive narratives across product launches, partnerships, and culture.

You’ll lead an integrated communications roadmap, manage agencies, and build a distinctive thought-leadership platform for Babylist executives, aligning press opportunities with business momentum.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in PR or communications, mix of in-house and agency/editorial experience.
• Excellent, independent writer and ability to ghostwrite leadership voices.
• Ability to connect product launches, milestones, leadership perspectives into cohesive stories.

Responsibilities

• Build an integrated PR and communications roadmap across leadership, growth, product, partnerships, and culture.
• Grow consumer press coverage beyond agency scope.
• Lead awards strategy and executive thought leadership through ghostwriting, media opportunities, and industry events.
• Manage external PR and influencer agency partners and shepherd executive placements at high-impact outlets.
• Own corporate communications collateral, press pages, releases, and leadership presentations.
• Prepare senior leaders for press and participate in live moments and showroom activations.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Insights, Partnerships, Social Impact, and People teams to identify stories.
