ReleHelp is seeking a pioneering PR professional to shape our narrative from the ground up. As the first dedicated PR hire, you will blend strategic coordination with high-level media execution to establish our voice in tech, e-commerce, and social impact communities.

You will train C-suite executives for media appearances, manage a growing book of media contacts, grow our community forum, and steer editorial operations from press releases to award pitches.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications, ideally within technology or e-commerce sectors.
• Executive presence with coaching/training executives for media appearances.
• Established network: active media contacts at major business and tech publications.

As we prepare for our Q3 2026 launch , we are looking for a pioneering PR professional to shape our narrative from the ground up. More specific company details will be disclosed upon the execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

Responsibilities

As our first dedicated PR hire, you will act as the operational backbone of our communications engine, blending strategic coordination with high-level media execution.

• C-Suite Media Preparedness: Develop and lead comprehensive media training programs for our C-Level executives , ensuring leadership is prepared for high-stakes interviews, keynote addresses, and investor pitches.
• Media Relationship Management: Leverage an existing "book" of deep PR contacts across tech, business, and consumer lifestyle media to secure early interest and long-term narrative placement.
• Community Growth Strategy: Develop and implement PR plans specifically designed to grow and nurture our community forum, ensuring it remains a destination for authentic discourse.
• Narrative Building: Support the executive team in defining our "Trust-First" brand philosophy and translating complex marketplace dynamics into compelling stories.
• Editorial Operations: Write and coordinate the approval process for press releases, blogs, and bylined articles; manage the content pipeline to showcase our technical innovation.
• Event Management: Manage all logistical details for pre-launch activities, including announcement pre-briefs and media tours.
• Tracking & Insights: Analyze media coverage and sentiment to "see around corners" and shape reactive and proactive strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications, ideally within the technology or e-commerce sectors.
• Executive Presence: Proven experience in coaching and training C-Level executives for media appearances.
• Established Network: A robust, active "book" of media contacts at major business and tech publications (e.g., TechCrunch, WSJ, The Verge, Bloomberg).
• Startup DNA: Proven ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, ambiguous environment with a growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building and managing internal or external communities of practice.
• Experience in technology communications related to community platforms or marketplace trust and safety.
