ReleHelp is seeking a pioneering PR professional to shape our narrative from the ground up. As the first dedicated PR hire, you will blend strategic coordination with high-level media execution to establish our voice in tech, e-commerce, and social impact communities.

You will train C-suite executives for media appearances, manage a growing book of media contacts, grow our community forum, and steer editorial operations from press releases to award pitches.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications, ideally within technology or e-commerce sectors.
• Executive presence with coaching/training executives for media appearances.
• Established network: active media contacts at major business and tech publications.
• Startup DNA: thrive in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment with growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• C-Suite media preparedness: develop and lead media training for our executives.
• Media relationship management: leverage a book of PR contacts to secure early interest and placements.
• Community growth strategy: design plans to grow and nurture our community forum.
• Narrative building: help define Trust-First brand philosophy and translate marketplace dynamics into compelling stories.
• Editorial operations: write and coordinate press releases, blogs, and bylined articles; manage content pipeline.
• Event management: handle logistics for pre-launch announcements and media tours.
• Tracking & insights: analyze coverage and sentiment to inform proactive strategies.
