Job summary

Babylist is seeking a hands-on PR & Communications Manager to shape how consumers, media, partners, investors, and leaders understand who we are and where we’re going. You’ll own consumer and corporate PR, develop executive points of view, match leaders with high-impact opportunities, and lead an awards strategy.

You’ll work East Coast hours, travel to NYC on short notice, and build storytelling across product launches, partnerships, and culture.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in PR or communications, ideally mix of in-house and agency/editorial.
• Excellent, independent writer able to ghostwrite leadership content.
• Skilled at weaving cohesive narratives linking product milestones and partnerships.
• Balanced focus on human stories and tech/product storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Build an integrated PR roadmap across leadership, growth, product, partnerships and culture.
• Grow consumer press coverage beyond agency output.
• Lead awards strategy and executive visibility efforts.
• Manage external PR and influencer agency partners daily.
• Ghostwrite executive thought leadership and prep leaders for press.
