Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple teams or organizations.
• Proven success building delivery structures, processes, or engagement models from the ground up.
• Experience developing delivery metrics and practices adopted beyond the original team.
• Strong cross-organizational coordination, dependency management, and adaptability to late changes.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and sequence decisions as information evolves.
• Experience mentoring delivery professionals without formal management authority.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments and testing new approaches.
