Job summary
Unlimited Technology, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Northern California to lead security projects, including installation, programming and documentation of access control and IP video systems.
You will coordinate with subcontractors and the Installation Supervisor, ensuring project goals, timelines and budgets are met. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of field experience in security, PMI certification preferred, and strong communication skills.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of field experience in the security environment.
- PMI or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience with access control and IP video platforms.
- Ability to read engineered drawings and write scope of work.
Responsibilities
- Oversee installation, programming, start-up, test and documentation.
- Direct subcontractors in the field and coordinate with Installation Supervisor.
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
- Travel up to 20% as needed.
- Ensure safety programs and site paperwork are complete.
