Job summary

n8n is seeking a senior People Operations lead to own and rebuild the operating system behind our People function. You will manage contracts, payroll, visas, and employee policies end to end, while ensuring SOC 2 compliance.

You will stand up analytics on attrition and org health, and evolve people systems like HiBob, driving automation of repetitive work in collaboration with workflow engineers. This role is Europe-based with a remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• Scaled a People Operations function through growth with ownership of contracts, payroll, and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS platforms like HiBob and automating processes.
• European-based with a remote-first mindset and strong automation judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own contracts, payroll coordination, visas, and employee policies end to end while maintaining SOC 2 audit readiness.
• Stand up people analytics and report on attrition and org health to leadership.
• Evolve people systems and drive automation in partnership with workflow automation engineers.
