Job summary

Decile Group is seeking a Head of Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of our complex, market-leading business for venture capital clients. You will be a strategic thinker with exceptional execution skills, optimizing processes to scale as we onboard hundreds of venture capital firms globally.

You will oversee the fund administration infrastructure, align product roadmaps with client feedback, and build a high‑performing distributed team across time zones while ensuring regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in financial services or fund administration leadership.
• Ahead of trends in AI for support, automation, and customer intelligence tools.
• Proven track record of scaling fund operations in a high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of venture capital fund structures, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Experience building and leading remote teams across multiple geographies.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive clarity through complex situations.
• Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with operational technology implementation and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational infrastructure of our fund administration business, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our growing portfolio of VC firms
• Develop and implement operational strategies that balance efficiency, quality, and scalability while delivering a delightful experience for our clients
• Collaborate with product teams to align roadmap priorities with customer feedback and rollout initiatives that measurably improve customer experience and retention
• Build and lead a high-performing team of fund operations and customer success professionals across multiple time zones
• Create and manage benchmarks and reporting systems to drive continuous operational improvement and best-in-class customer service
• Collaborate with the executive team to align operational capabilities with company growth targets
• Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions for our fund administration clients
• Drive automation and process optimization to increase capacity while maintaining our 90+ NPS
• Manage relationships with key service providers and strategic partners that can support the portfolio
• Implement risk management protocols and best practices across the organization
