FinOps Weekly seeks a Director/VP of Remote Service Operations to lead Remote Support and Systems Engineering for regulated clients. You will set strategy, ensure 24x7 delivery, and drive governance, process standardization, and executive reporting.

Role emphasizes ITIL/ITSM leadership, ServiceNow expertise, capacity planning, budgeting, and cross‑functional partnership with Service Delivery, Security, Client Success, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in MSP/MSSP or enterprise technology services.
• Proven ability to lead Remote Support, Systems Engineering, or similar groups.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge and experience with ServiceNow or comparable platforms.
• Demonstrated success in process optimization, automation, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Remote Support and Systems Engineering teams with accountability and collaboration.
• Define and execute strategy for Remote Service Operations aligned to business goals.
• Manage service performance across SLA, backlog, utilization, escalations, and client satisfaction.
• Coach leaders, develop high-performing teams, and mature ITIL-based processes.
• Oversee 24x7x365 readiness, workforce planning, capacity management, and business continuity.
