Job summary

Airbnb Luxe is seeking an SDR for the AMER region, based in Mexico City. You will identify and engage premium hosts, qualify leads, and move opportunities to the Luxe Supply Acquisition team across North America and LATAM.

Responsibilities include outbound campaigns, multi-channel outreach, and CRM-driven pipeline management in a fast-paced, remote-friendly setting. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, or outbound prospecting.
• Ability to manage a high-volume outbound pipeline across channels.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and outbound tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for Luxe hosts using ICPs and criteria; build a qualified pipeline.
• Execute outbound outreach via calls, email, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads and verify Luxe standards.
• Schedule meetings between prospects and Luxe Acquisition team.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor LATAM/NA market trends.
