Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. seeks a CRM Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to plan, develop, and optimize customer communications across email and SMS.

You will own the customer lifecycle from strategy and segmentation through automation, deployment, testing, reporting, and optimization, collaborating with Marketing, Compliance, IT, Design, and Operations. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years in CRM or marketing automation, hands-on HubSpot and Mailchimp experience, strong writing skills, and a

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
4–5 years of CRM/email marketing or marketing automation experience.
Financial services, retail, or consumer marketing experience preferred.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and TCPA compliance and data privacy.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns for acquisition, retention, reactivation, and engagement.
Own the CRM calendar and coordinate campaigns with promotions and initiatives.
Build automated journeys (welcome, abandon cart, win-back, reminders, retention).
Create audience segments by behavior, geography, lifecycle, and preferences.
Test, deploy, monitor, and optimize campaigns across HubSpot, Mailchimp, and SlickText.
Analyze performance and present insights with recommendations for optimization.
