Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience working directly in lifecycle/CRM in a D2C or comparison business.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of delivering accurate work to deadlines.
• A self-starter and clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams.
• Comfortable working with data and quick to learn new tools.
• Nice to have: hands-on experience with Braze, or an equivalent customer engagement platform.

Responsibilities

• Working with the wider CRM team, build, schedule, and send lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and beyond - making sure every send is accurate and goes out on time.
• Set up customer journeys, audience segments, and messaging templates within Braze.
• Manage campaign timelines and keep stakeholders updated on progress.
• QA campaigns end-to-end before launch, checking content, links, segments, and rendering.
• Pull campaign reporting from our customer engagement platform and Tableau and track KPIs.
