Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a CRM Program Manager to lead lifecycle email, push, and SMS campaigns that boost customer engagement in the home and mortgage space. You will partner with product, marketing, analytics, and other stakeholders to deliver personalized experiences.

This is a remote position reporting to the Manager, Lifecycle Engagement & Loyalty. You will have opportunities to scale programs, measure performance, and align campaigns with broader business initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or a closely related area.
• Experience delivering communication programs at an enterprise scale.
• Experience measuring campaign performance and using results to guide decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead lifecycle strategy and execution for email, push, and SMS campaigns.
• Coordinate CRM plans with product launches and business goals.
• Own campaign performance measurement including open and click-through rates; drive improvements.
• Partner with analytics teams to evaluate results and share actionable findings.
• Manage multiple CRM initiatives with overlapping deadlines.
