Qualifications

• 6–8 years of software or web development experience, ideally in an agency or consulting environment.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, PHP, and modern front‑end/back‑end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, Node.js).
• Advanced Drupal and WordPress CMS experience; deep Drupal architecture and APIs knowledge.
• Proficiency with the LAMP stack and cloud hosting platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Experience with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture, development, and delivery of complex digital projects across multiple client engagements.
• Partner with strategy, design, production, and engineering teams to define technical approaches and delivery plans.
• Serve as a technical lead and point of contact for client stakeholders.
• Build scalable, maintainable, and high‑performing web applications and CMS‑driven platforms.
• Develop proof‑of‑concept solutions and evaluate technical feasibility for integrations and new features.
• Guide engineering standards, code quality, and architectural best practices across projects.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor engineers across the team.
• Assess technical health of active projects and recommend improvements or modernization opportunities.
• Collaborate on project planning, estimation, technical scoping, and delivery strategy.
• Contribute to internal tooling, workflows, and engineering culture initiatives.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve processes and solutions.
