Qualifications

• 8+ years building production software and systems.
• 3+ years managing engineers directly; led teams of 4+.
• Experience with AI-enabled product systems and agent tech.

Responsibilities

• Run planning and prioritization with department heads and stakeholders.
• Own delivery, schedules, and production health for the engineering org.
• Lead offshore and contract developers to the same standard as in-house.
• Design and operate agent systems and orchestration loops.
• Build against Salesforce, Snowflake, Gmail, Zoom, Slack, Twilio, and internal tools.
