Job summary

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across Credit Cards, Make Money/Manage Money, Banking, and Marketplace verticals. You will partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends, conduct retrospective analyses, and ensure insights are integrated into business decisions.

You will be embedded with the business from day one, focusing on building trusted analytics, not just dashboards, and driving

Qualifications

Expert SQL and comfortable with unstructured data.
Proven ability to own reporting end-to-end and drive literacy across teams.
Experience in performance marketing data and optimization.
Advanced BI modeling (LookML or equivalent in BI tools).
Curiosity and business depth; partner with teams to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

Own reporting infrastructure powering decision-making across credit cards, money and banking verticals.
Partner with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management to uncover trends and retrospective insights.
Ensure work is used, understood, and acted on, not just delivered dashboards.
Develop and standardize dashboards; drive self-service analytics across the business.
Establish a trusted analytical partnership and advocate for data-informed decisions.
