Humani HR is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients, delivering strategic HR guidance, policy development, and practical solutions across states. You will manage projects end-to-end, build executive-level relationships, and support payroll-related activities where needed.

• Serve as primary HRBP for assigned client accounts, addressing HR and organizational needs including policy development, compliance, compensation analysis, HRIS analysis, audits, recruitment support, performance management and payroll oversight.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client leaders and stakeholders.
• Conduct needs assessments to diagnose client challenges and identify HR solutions aligning with business objectives.
• Lead and facilitate client meetings to gather insights, present recommendations, develop HR roadmaps, and drive decision-making.
• Support growth through client expansion, retention, and alignment with Humani’s KPIs.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned client accounts, addressing a wide range of HR and organizational needs, including but not limited to developingor reviewing policies, organizational compliance, compensation analysis, HRIS analysis or implementation, audits, recruitment support, performancemanagementand employee relationsandother HR functionsincluding payroll processing and oversight.

YourExperience:

As an HR Business Partner with7+ yearsofprogressive client-facing HR experience, you bring solid leadership and business acumenwith a:

• Proven ability to manage multiple clientswhile tailoringyour approachtosuitdiverse client needs.
• Ability toleverageteam strengths to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work collaborativelywith Generalists, Senior HRBPs, and cross-functional team members to ensure seamless client service and collective problem-solving.
• Commitment to continuous learning development, actively seeking feedback and applying lessons learned to enhance overall effectiveness.
• Builds credibility through clear, honest communication that balances empathy with directness, influencing outcomes whilemaintainingstrong relationships.

YourSkillset & Credentials:

• A degree or diploma in HR or related field.
• Professional HR designation ispreferred.
• Strong understanding of employment law across multiple states (California and New York preferred).
