Humani HR, based in Toronto, seeks an HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR guidance to a portfolio of clients. You will lead projects from diagnosis to implementation, develop HR roadmaps, and ensure high-quality services that drive business results.

Strong labour relations expertise, including collective agreement interpretation, grievance management, and employee relations in unionized workplaces, is preferred. Knowledge of occupational health and safety requirements and experience supporting workplace safety programs is highly desirable.
