10a Labs is seeking a Head of People to build and lead the people function, owning the full employee lifecycle as the company scales. You will implement scalable HR policies, ensure compliance with employment laws, and foster a high-performance culture in partnership with Legal, Finance, Recruiting, and Operations.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience.
• Hands-on experience overseeing benefits, leave, payroll, HRIS, onboarding/offboarding.
• Experience scaling People Operations in a high-growth tech company.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Experience partnering with Legal on employment matters and organizational compliance.
• Experience with employment-based immigration processes.
• Experience designing and administering company-wide performance management and compensation programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent); advanced degree or HR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own People Operations and HR functions across the organization.
• Develop scalable HR policies, processes, and internal documentation for growth.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws with Legal.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and performance management.
• Design and manage performance reviews, manager enablement, and people metrics.
• Own onboarding, offboarding, records, HRIS, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
• Maintain employee handbook, policies, and employment documentation.
• Coordinate with Recruiting on compliant hiring and new-hire experience.
• Partner with Finance on compensation benchmarking, promotions, and equity.
• Coach leaders on organizational design, leadership development, and change management.
