You will own end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination—standardize workflows, and collaborate with leadership to continually improve the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR operations and talent acquisition; 0+ years experience.
• Strong English communication and organizational skills; remote work readiness.
• Self-directed, process-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement HR policies, onboarding/offboarding SOPs, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Own recruitment from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions.
• Standardize workflows, collaborate with leadership, and continuously improve employee experiences.
